Shelf life18 months
StorageShould be stored in cool and dry rooms. Recommended storage temperature 5 to 30ºC. The container should be kept dry and sealed. Packaging must be emptied of all residues. Packaging with traces of cured product can be recycled. Packaging with uncured product must be disposed of in the same manner as the medium.

Skin forming time: < 13 min. Curing rate after 24 hrs: appr. 3 mm

1Tested in a system comprising of ArmaFlex and ArmaClad Arma-Chek R covering.

2Specimen prepared according to EN 13486: neither cut, ground nor blended. Test temperature +100°C, leaching time 0.5 hours as specified in the standard for product maximum service temperature.

3Dumb-bell type II test piece.

4Xenon-arc with 5000 hr exposure and +60 ºC black panel temperature. 1000h: no cracking, no visible discoloration. 3000/5000h: cracking under microscope, slight discoloration.

5Application temperature refers to the ambient temperature during installation and the surface temperature of the substrate (e.g. ArmaClad Arma-Chek R covering) to which the product is installed.

6In some cases it may be necessary to avoid exposure of the substrate to strong sunlight.

8The application temperature shall not exceed +35°C for a period of 6 to 8 hours following application and shall not fall below +5°C for the entire duration of the cure. The cure duration depends on ambient air humidity and temperature and on the thickness of the bead.
